MapleChat

MapleChat is a free fan-made stream overlay. Chatters from Twitch and YouTube walk along the bottom of the stream as little MapleStory-style characters and level up by chatting.

It runs on the streamer's own computer, inside OBS. An optional chat bot answers commands such as !level and !outfit in the stream's chat.

The YouTube bot

If a streamer turns on the YouTube bot, they sign in with a YouTube channel using Google's login. MapleChat uses that sign-in only to see which channel it is, find the live chat of the stream, and post the bot's messages there.
